Liquid is ejected from the pin nozzle at high speed, collides with the impact pin at the nozzle outlet, or two fluids collide with each other, thus breaking into fine droplets and then forming extremely fine atomization.

In some applications, this impact high pressure misting nozzles even replace many expensive air atomising nozzles that use compressed air or water vapor. Our micro mist spray nozzles introduce advanced punching equipment, and the minimum punching hole diameter can be 0.15 mm. Under the pressure of 70kg-120kg, extremely fine atomized particles are formed and sprayed out.

The common size of the pin nozzle is 1/8"or 1/4"external thread. Other models with different threads can also be produced according to customer needs.
