The quick connect full cone spray tips are designed to minimize maintenance time and reduce replacement costs. With its quick-connect feature, the nozzle bodies remain on the pipe or header during tip replacement, eliminating the need for removal. This feature not only saves time but also cuts down on costs, as only the spray tips need to be replaced. The tips are versatile, fitting on both male and female bodies.

The spray angles are available in standard ranges from 43° to 91° and wide ranges from 112° to 120°, offering flexibility for various applications.

With a uniform spray distribution ranging from 0.3 to 28 lpm and the ability to operate at pressures up to 20 bar, this nozzle ensures consistent and efficient coverage.

The liquid flows into the nozzle through an internal strainer and then passes through a slotted core, initiating swirling action. This swirling motion continues as the liquid passes through a disc, and upon exiting the orifice, the liquid breaks up to produce a well-defined cone pattern. The resulting spray is composed of uniformly sized droplets that are evenly dispersed throughout the pattern, ensuring optimal coverage and performance.
