The 199 series clamp type nozzle is comprised of three main components: a clamp base for secure attachment, a removable screw cap for easy access, and an adjustable ball head for precise positioning. This eyelet clamp nozzle offers a range of spray patterns, including hollow cone, full cone, and flat fan, catering to diverse application requirements.

For the eyelet clamp nozzle (199 series clamp), it can be fitted with a variety of spray tips either directly or by using a threaded ball adapter or a quick-release ball joint, providing flexibility in spray configuration.

The eyelet clamp nozzle is designed for swift and tool-free tip replacement, enhancing convenience and reducing downtime. To change the spray tip, simply grasp and remove the current tip by hand, then insert the new tip into place. This user-friendly design makes it an ideal choice for applications where frequent tip changes are necessary.
