I. Introduction

Disc fan shower nozzle is a low pressure spray nozzle, specially designed for papermaking applications and require gasket fitting during installation, with an angle of 30, 60, 75 degree.

This low-pressure fan shower nozzle is specifically mounted on steel brushes within brush spray pipe systems, allowing for manual or automatic rotation to effectively remove debris dislodged by water. Subsequently, the expelled debris is discharged through release valves located at the end of the pipeline.

Additionally, the disc fan shower nozzle features a unique low-profile design, making it easy to dismantle and clean, thereby significantly reducing maintenance time and costs while enhancing overall factory efficiency.
