Single trim nozzles

In the papermaking industry, shower systems are primarily used for cleaning purposes. Additionally, they have other applications such as coating, humidification, lubricating, bleaching, and edge trimming. 

NSS edge trim nozzle (solid stream spray nozzles) is designed to ensure accurate web cutting as it approaches the press section. The needle jet nozzle produces high-quality jet streams to ensure safe and consistent cuts, minimize fiber spray, optimize performance, and reduce the risk of sheet breaks.

Single trim nozzle can deliver a single stream(a straight needle solid stream) at high pressure, which is mainly used for the trimming of the paper that supplies a precise, clean cut.
