The specialized fine misting nozzle surpasses standard misting nozzles by producing an ultra-fine mist, delivering a superior operational effect.

Fine atomizing nozzles are meticulously chosen from high-quality and durable materials such as 303SS or brass. Users have the option to select stainless steel or ceramic inserts, to meet high-temperature, corrosion, wear, and impact resistance requirements effectively.

Advantages of the fine misting nozzle

1. No need to use compressed air; only hydraulic pressure is required to form a very fine atomized spray.

2. Produces a very fine droplet size.

3. Can be installed on exterior walls, containers, and pipes.

4. Removable for easy cleaning and installation.

5. Equipped with a built-in filter.

Application of the fine misting nozzles

1. Humidification of textile workshops;

2. Disinfection and cooling of livestock pastures;

3. Artificial fog landscape;

4. Vegetable preservation in supermarkets;

5. Leisure cooling;

6. Humidification in the electronics industry;

7. Environmentally friendly dust removal.

The fine misting nozzle is engineered to deliver an exceptional misting effect, with an adjustable spray angle ranging from 45 to 90 degrees and a misting droplet size of approximately 10 to 50 um. Take nozzle NS5475 as an example, it is furnished with a stainless steel nozzle core and guide vanes, complete with an anti-drip device to prevent any leakage. The liquid flows at high speed under the water pressure of 20-120 kg, creating a centrifugal vortex in the guide vane and generating an ultra-fine mist. This mist is emitted through the nozzle’s orifice in a hollow fog pattern, ensuring an even and thorough distribution of moisture.

This series of nozzles operates without the need for air assistance, making the system simple and efficient, to deliver an exceptionally fine spray with adequate misting. It emphasizes water and energy conservation, reducing operational costs while maintaining superior performance. These nozzles are designed to remain unclogged and leak-free, featuring an internal rotation mechanism for self-cleaning. Crafted using state-of-the-art forging technology, the robust stainless steel construction ensures a longer lifespan, being 2.5 times longer than similar nozzles.
