The fan jet nozzles can produce large spray volume and impact, uniform atomization effect, and powerful flushing ability to meet the needs of various working environments. As the liquid is ejected through the V-shaped opening, it creates a flat, even spray pattern, and the distribution is tapered from the center of the spray.

To achieve full coverage over an area, a fan jet nozzle must be moved relative to the target. This is commonly done by passing products beneath a line of these nozzles on a conveyor belt. Alternatively, the nozzle can be moved to provide complete coverage.
