In wet scrubbers or wash towers, spiral or full cone nozzles disperse water or chemicals to remove particulates and recover heat. Anti-clogging designs and corrosion-resistant materials are critical in these high-load environments.
3- Condensate Spraying
In systems using condensate recovery, fan or full cone nozzles help distribute water evenly over heat exchange surfaces, maximizing heat reclaim efficiency.
